Winging or Wing Foiling is the new trend of wind water sports of the past 2 years! It fascinates and attracts people in a way which overwhelms the entire water sports industry. With hydrofoils having become highly efficient and light, the wing gets you to create enough power to accelerate yourself and your foil board and allowes you to get lifetd out of the water and glide effortlessly above the surface. Once you are on the hydrofoil and your board is in the air, it actually feels like flying. Quiet, smooth, effortless.

 

Kitecenter Sri Lanka has been awarded the affiliation to the International Winging Organization IWO as the first training center in Asia. IWO is a sister organization to IKO and is the worlds leading wing foiling organization setting international safety and training standards. We are proud and happy to have been appointed as one of the very first 15 IWO affiliated wing foiling centers worldwide. To be affiliated to IWO means that we stricly follow the IWO safety standards, lesson plan, teaching methods and certification of Winging students.
